Otis L. Scarbary has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University. He is a former President of the Georgia Association of Solicitors General and was named Georgia Solicitor General of the Year in 2007. He retired as Bibb County Solicitor General in 2012 after twenty-nine years as a prosecutor and thirty-five plus years as an attorney. He was born, raised, and currently resides in Macon, Georgia.
Leo’s Redemption is his first novel.
